Opinion of the day: Shorts and Bare Feet in March

Ladies! I know it's sunny and that spring is in the air, but seriously, it's too soon. It's barely ten degrees, and that's standing directly in the sun. Put the short-shorts away for another couple of months! Or at least put some tights on.
